Kathy works with buyers and sellers, focusing more on the relationship side of the business, weighing in on property valuations and executing much of our marketing. Having grown up sailing and living on 2 area lakes, she and Bruce have a lifetime of knowledge about the lifestyle, the different “personalities” of each lake, neighborhood and town. This experience helps assure that our clients will get the guidance they need to make well-informed choices whether buying or selling.
Kathy enjoys being outside as much as possible, and loves hiking, gardening, animals, winter sports, reading and travel. She and her husband (also named) Bruce have raised 4 children in an 1800’s vintage Victorian home on Okauchee Lake for the past 36 years, living through a couple of home improvement projects along the way. At the moment the family also includes 2 dogs, 6 chickens and 1 horse, though that list is subject to change (hopefully only by addition) at any time.
